Australia e-Scooter Laws and Regulations

should always be worn when riding e-scooters.
As per current laws and regulations, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania are more e-scooter friendly. They allow shared and privately owned e-scooters to be ridden on private and public land. For New South Wales, Northern Territory, South Australia, and Victoria, the laws are more restrictive. They only allow shared e-scooters at selected trial sites, but do not allow privately owned e-scooters to be ridden in public.
